Return and Refund Policy
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our first priority is customer satisfaction, Purely Lush offers detailed size charts specific to each item to ensure the customer orders the correct size and details description specific to each products features. All refunds will remain at the discretion of Purely Lush Boutique.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will refund you, kindly take note of the requirements. Please note that delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded as this cost cannot be reimbursed to us by the Courier Company.
Applies if the client wishes to cancel his or her order:
- The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the Provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client after payment has been effected must be done within 24 hours of the payment being made, failing which the order will be regarded as placed.
- A 10% charge for administration and production costs shall be levied for all cancelation.
Applies if the client wishes to return item(s) after receipt:
- Item(s) must be returned within 5 days after goods has been received.
- The Customer shall return the products in the original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards and accessories.
- Due to hygiene considerations, no swimwear or jewellery that contains piercings will be refunded
- The Customer will receive a full refund if the products have not been received within a period of 30 days from date of payment
- The purchase price (excluding delivery or other cost) will be refunded to the customer if the above requirements are met.
- Goods damaged during shipping must be photographed and sent to the Provider to investigate.
- If Purely Lush is responsible for delivering damaged items, incorrect items ore size to the customer, Purely Lush is responsible for the pickup and returns courier cost. Purely Lush will also refund the client in full in this case.
Please take note:
- NO RETURNS shall be done on any products fitted & purchased or collected and inspected at the Boutique.
- We regret that no returns will be accepted on any products sold /ordered on SALE or PROMOTIONS
